Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Socratic discussions and guide learners in self-directed projects, encouraging inquiry and exploration.Create a nurturing, student-centered learning environment that emphasizes personal growth and achievement.Collaborate with parents to align on educational goals and support community engagement.Mentor students in setting and achieving their own academic and personal objectives.Run daily physical fitness sessions with students, the types of physical fitness activities will vary throughout the year.Act as a role model, inspiring curiosity, resilience, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Qualifications:

- Background in Teaching or Mentorship: Experience in education or coaching, with a preference for former public school teachers who seek a more impactful and flexible teaching approach.

- Passion for Education Reform: Deep understanding of the challenges within traditional education systems and a drive to be part of a transformative model.

- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proven history of launching or managing projects or businesses, demonstrating innovation, adaptability, and leadership.

- Prioritize Health: You live your life in a way that is clear that you prioritize your health and well-being: physically, mentally, emotionally, etc.
